How do I determine shipping charges for my order? What shipping methods do you use? Can I ship to a Post Office Box? What do I do if products are missing from my delivery? What is your returns/refunds policy? What do I do if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states within the USA and the south central provinces of Canada. Basically we ship to the whole of USA and Canada with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Labrador, New Foundland, Yukon, NorthWest Territory and Nunavut.
How do I determine shipping charges for my order? Shipping charges are capped at $19.99 and go as low as $11 for small single items so why fight the traffic driving around the city when you can have it delivered to your door. This offer is for items shipped to the 48 contiguous US states and also includes the four Canadian provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Note that it is $19.99 no matter how many items you order. Shipping is also provided to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan for a small surcharge of $10.
What shipping methods do you use? UPS is our default shipping method though the postal service is used where more practical due to location or product size and price. Please do not request other services or arrange for your own pick-up of your shipment (without the approval of bikewindshields.com ).
Can I ship to a Post Office Box? Sorry but we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, must be a street address.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment, but may take up to 7 days depending on product availability. Where necessary, tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers for UPS shipments (when used) will be available once the package has shipped.
What do I do if products are missing from my delivery? Contact us at shipping@bikewindshields.com and include your Order # and all pertinent information. We will then ship your missing part ASAP.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all? If you believe your item is damaged in shipment, please review the Returns/Refunds Policy page of this website for instructions. If your item does not arrive at all, please contact us via email at shipping@bikewindshields.com. Include your name, shipping address, phone #, item number(s), part number(s), an explanation of the problem and pictures where appropriate.
